Angela and I really appreciated the work that you and your team did for us. The job was a bit bigger a job than I had originally planned for, I have to admit, but I am really glad that we went ahead with it. Your constructive suggestions at the outset added significantly to the quality of the design. Having seen the end result, I am absolutely delighted that we did go ahead with you.
Your team arrived when they said they would. They did what you said they would, when you said they would do it. They were polite and friendly, and got on with the job in a very professional manner. Apart from some unavoidable delays due to much poorer weather than any of us expected, the job was completed within a very reasonable timescale.
Pricing a job like this must be quite difficult. Looking back now at the amount of work that needed to be done, I think you quoted us a fair price. And that is all you charged, apart from the pre- agreed extras that inevitably cropped up.
We would have no hesitation in recommending you to other people, I would be quite happy if any of your prospective customers want to get in touch with us to discuss things before deciding whether or not to give you the work. Natural elements were fantastic.
Sean worked with us on the design we wanted helping us choose the right plants and materials for our garden. He started work while we were on holiday and kept us informed on email with pictures showing us of progress. This was great as we felt informed yet still able to make decisions as the work progressed. After our two week holiday we came back to a completed garden. Shame it was done in January as we would have loved it to of been summer!
All in Sean and the team were great and I would certainly recommend them.
